Stüssy offers returns on all full-price merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date, provided items are in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition collaborations and sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or similar packaging, ensuring all original hangtags and labels are included.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
